Crushing is an independently produced show.

What that means is: we’re running on a small budget. At present, our small creative team–who works 30-40 hours/week on the show–doesn’t take a dime for directing and producing the event. We put it on in the name of live art, uplifting other artists, and providing space for humans to gather and witness each others’ truths.

We are fundraising $8K to support the artists in the show, and cover expenses like: BART fare for artists based in the East Bay; printing programs and posters; paying exquisitely gifted poster designers; and compensating our stage crew and production assistants who make the whole thing come to life. Many talented friends are donating their talents free of charge. We appreciate any amount you can offer to support creative projects like these.
